Balanced Wellness Myotherapy & Pregnancy Care is an in-home mobile service that specialises in myotherapy care for women in all stages of motherhood, from pre-natal to post-natal and into parenthood. Our treatments are designed to support families and help them achieve optimal physical and emotional well-being. Our fully registered & qualified Myotherapist is trained in a variety of massage techniques, assessment & prescribed exercise and is passionate about helping clients achieve their wellness goals.

Lauren is a fully qualified Myotherapist and Pregnancy massage therapist of 13 years, on the Mornington Peninsula.

She has experience working with children, adolescences & adults. She seeks to work with warmth, empathy & compassion. She's extremely passionate about health & holistic wellbeing. Lauren has a particular focus and interest in supporting women through the changes of pregnancy, postnatally and into parenthood & beyond. She adores working with children & including the whole family into sessions.

Lauren is a Mum of two young children and get's the emence joy and the trials and tribulations of parenthood.

Lauren is very excited to be adding a mobile myotherapy service to her week. It's been created to complement her existing clinic work at The Sport's Injury Clinic, Frankston.

Lauren whole-heartly believes that healthcare services should be accessible for everyone and the reason behind creating a mobile in the home service.
